Return Policy

We offer a store credit or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your date of purchase, you will not be offered an exchange or store credit of any kind. Shipping fees for returns are the customers responsibility. Once returned items are received a replacement or store credit will be immediately issued. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

A detailed explanation for the reason for return or exchange is required. Photos may be required. If products are received damaged, photos of the product and the package it was shipped in is also required. The photos are necessary for dealing with the shipping provider and their handling of packages.

 

Return Process

It is as easy as one, two, three!

  1. Notify our customer service department of the return.

  2. Ship the product back to the address given to you by the customer service department using a carrier of your choice.

  3. Receive your store credit or exchange promptly.

Notify Our Customer Service Department

All returns must be setup through our customer service department first so that we know if you want store credit or an exchange. Please note that any item that is not in the same condition you received it cannot be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

When returning an item to us please be sure to send it to the return center address given to you by our customer service staff. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may experience delays in processing or refusal.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer so we advise using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. In addition, we suggest that you insure the item as we cannot be held liable until it is signed for by our return center. If you send your package with a reliable carrier, pack it well and fully insure it so you shouldn't have any problems. Please be sure to note your Order ID on or in the box to ensure same day processing.

Store Credit

If you prefer to receive store credit under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original, unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging. Certain items may be excluded from this policy.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [crystalsandcuriositiesshop@gmail.com]. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your return shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. After we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days, equaling the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees.
