Every order from Crystals & Curiosities is hand-selected and packed with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, please reach out within 14 days of deliveryand we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and the energetic integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Bath & body products, essential oils, and bath salts (once opened)
- Smudging herbs, sage, palo santo, and incense
- Edible or smokable herbs and tea blends
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@crystalsandcuriosities.net within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email hello@crystalsandcuriosities.netwith your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior approval.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
